Planning an event can feel a bit overwhelming at times, its ok, we've all been there. My goal is to make this process as stress free as possible. Click below to learn about each step. 

Consultation

After receiving a signed contract and deposit I set up a 20-30 minute consultation to discuss general information, your specific moment you would like painted, and answer any questions.

The Painting Process

I will paint on location for a total of 6 hours. I will end the event with a near completed piece to be taken back to my studio for finishing touches.

Arrival and Setting up


1-2 hours before the event begins I will arrive at the venue to set up and work on the background.

Travel and Delivery

I travel 3 hours (round trip) free of charge. An additional travel fee will be applied for farther distances. 
If local I will hand deliver your painting at your location of choice. If not local I will ship your painting for a small shipping fee.
